Every engagement starts with the same five-week shape - listen, frame, provoke, recommend, roadmap. It maps directly onto the diagnostic opposite; advisory retainers repeat the rhythm each quarter, and embedded programmes run it once before handing the function over.

Week 01

Listen

Stakeholder interviews, data room review, agency and partner conversations. We earn the right to disagree later.

Week 02

Frame

Problem reframed, hypothesis drafted, opportunity sized against your media investment. The brief stops being the brief.

Week 03

Provoke

Three to five options on strategy, structure or spend - none of them safe. We argue, you pick, we kill the rest.

Week 04

Recommend
